

Ginger Turmeric Garlic Paste
Ingredients:
- 250 gr Ginger
- 250 gr Turmeric roots
- 250 gr Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Sunflower oil or as needed
- 2 Tablespoons salt or as needed
Wash ginger and turmeric very well, pat dry with paper towel and peel the skin.
Peel the skin of garlic cloves with gloves (otherwise it will irritate your skin).
In a blender of food processor pulse the ginger, turmeric and garlic to a semi fine paste. Scrape the sides every couple of pulses.
Once the paste is done add salt and oil. Pulse a few more times to mix well.
Store in airtight container (glass preferably) in the fridge. You can also portion the paste and freeze it.
It is awesome to marinate meat.
