SINH TO BO o AVOCADO MILKSHAKE

This shake is one of my favorites and is prepared in 3 minutes.

All around Southeast Asia and in particular in Vietnam and the Philippines, they usually sweeten the avocado and not so much in salty dishes, as we know it more here. They usually prepare it in milkshakes, ice cream, etc. 

I recommend trying it thick because it is wonderful, unctuous, smooth, with a delicate flavor. If someday you're in a hurry and want to make a quick and unusual dessert around here it is perfect in a pretty cup, even people who do not like avocado have tried it that way and liked it. 

The original recipe is usually prepared with condensed milk, though I prefer it with milk and sugar, but that depends on your own taste.

- 250 ml milk 

- 2 Tablespoons of sugar (to taste) 

- 2 ripe medium avocados 

Give the blender and refrigerate.
