Sweet Granadilla (Passiflora Ligularis)

I came to know about this fruit by my dear friend Michele Abadia, we were in the Mostenses Market, enrolled in a course by Alex Zurdo on oriental cuisine, and there we were 5 or 6 students for a tour through this exotic market and the class in the Alambique store. As we were a bit early, Michele made a small purchase, among which was this tropical fruit. I made a mental note to try it later and was not disappointed. You eat the inside, which is like a kind of jelly with seeds. It has a very delicate flavor and the seeds are slightly crunchy. I encourage you to try it, it is worth it if you have the chance.
