

TUNA AND CORN PASTA SALAD
Ingredients for 2:
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. sunflower or corn oil
- 1 large onion
- 150 gr canned corn
- 150 gr pickled tuna or in olive oil
- 200 gr elbow pasta or also known as cornetti rigatti.
While the pasta is being cooked in salty water following the times indicated by the brand, prepare the dressing.
First of all put a spoonful of mustard, I like the German one by Thomy, but you can use Dijon one or any other with honey for example it goes well, add salt and pepper to taste and then the two spoonfuls of vinegar, use a mild one, mix well and then add the oil stirring well. Chop the raw onion in brunoise, add add it together with the corn and the tuna and the cooked pasta to the dressing and mix well. Ready!
